All orders placed online are handcrafted from our workshop in Bali, Indonesia and will be shipped in a branded BØME box and pouch made from recycled materials. If you are sending a gift, please notify us if you require a special message on the card or extra packaging.

DELIVERY TIMES

We craft every piece just for you. Once your order is placed, production time takes 2-3 weeks after which we express ship your order with DHL Express Post.

If you require your order urgently, please contact us––we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

Estimated Shipping Times from Indonesia:

• Europe: 2-4 business days
• USA, Canada, Asia, Australia: 2-4 business days
• Rest of the World: 3-5 business days

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing in transit, we will replace or refund the item. However, if the order can be tracked and traced as delivered, BØME is not liable for the missing item(s).

DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to local duties and taxes of your country, which is out of our control. If you refuse a shipment from BØME, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the goods. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Duties and taxes are included in the price for all USA customers. No additional charges will be incurred during delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

You may exchange any unworn jewelry for a different style and/or colour, or request a credit note for a future purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Pieces must not have been worn or have any scratches.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

We recommend that you send returns by a registered post and take note of the tracking number as we cannot send out any replacements until your package is received.

CONDITIONS

• BØME is not responsible for lost or damaged return items.
• BØME reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
• BØME will cover the cost to re-ship exchange items and is only provided on the first return in relation to that order.
• In the instance that you have requested multiple exchanges, you will be charged postage to send the exchanged items back to you - we will contact you to process an additional payment.
• If the exchange amount exceeds the return amount, you will be invoiced for the difference and is required to be paid before the exchange is shipped.
• If the return amount exceeds the exchange amount, you will receive store credit for the difference.
• The customer is responsible for the cost to ship their returns to Canada.

RINGS & CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Customised or monogrammed items are tailored to a customer's specification, making them final sale and not eligible for a return unless deemed faulty.

Rings | please check your size and be careful when ordering rings. All of our rings are handmade to order and are final sale. We cannot accept exchanges / refunds on any rings.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before returning your purchase:

• The goods are shipped or returned to our business address within 14 days of purchase
• Item(s) must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn, altered, bent or damaged
• Item(s) must be in original packaging
• Gift cards cannot be returned
